Linda and I have moved to St. Joseph, Missouri, and we are busy with our two daughters, their kids, and Linda's two sisters and brothers in the same vicinity. We are hoping for an half-time appointment this year, and in the meantime, I have enjoyed substitute preaching in the area.

We are going to Ashland UMC and Clair UMC in St. Joseph and enjoying fellowship with these fine folks. We purchased a nine-year-old home and are almost through finishing the basement that was left incomplete. We are singing in the local community choir and singing at Clair with a small group there. It takes time to get settled in, but we are feeling more at home all the time. We continue to pray for the UMC, and we look to Jesus for clarity and reconciliation.
