Our daughter, Susan, and I want to thank all who sent expressions of love and support upon Barbara's death and who sent comments about her book.

I have a box piled high with your letters and notes and emails. Death came as a friend, not an enemy. My Barbara's 99 year old body was just worn out, and it was time to retire it. We had excellent hospice care, and she died at home as we wished.

We shared 78 years of a happy, satisfying and productive life. We paid our rent for the space we have occupied on this Earth. We lived the Lifestyle of the Cross, and recommend it to all.
