As a nonprofit organization, donors who make gifts to The Missouri Annual Conference of The United Methodist Church may request refunds for donations. Some pages on our website request and collect information that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you personally. Information you provide to The Missouri Annual Conference of The United Methodist Church may be tabulated for statistical purposes, and those results may be provided to others but except as otherwise identified in this Policy, you will never be individually identified in those results. Neither the Missouri Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church nor any of its affiliated entities, will share or distribute any of the data owned or used by the Missouri Annual Conference or its affiliated entities, with other organizations or individuals, other than employee’s on a need-to- know basis, except as required by law or as is required to be printed (in hard copy or fixed electronic form such as PDF) in the Annual Conference’s annually published Journal. The Missouri Annual Conference may, however, share some limited data (local church contact information, including the current pastor, and the names of current local church officers) in electronic spreadsheet format with the Missouri United Methodist Foundation and Central Methodist University.
