The Center for Leadership Excellence is responsible for vocational call and discernment, clergy recruitment, pastoral training and continuing education, clergy peer learning, Board of Ordained Ministry, mentors, coaching, Pastoral Excellence fellowship, Cole scholars, lay leadership and Lay Servant Ministries.
The Office of Connectional Ministries is responsible for Annual Conference, boundaries, communications, adult discipleship, Safe Sanctuaries, Leadership Development, Nominations Committee, Rules and Procedures, Mission Council, Archives and History, Sessions team, Core Practices team and United Methodist Women.
The Office of Treasurer and Financial Ministries is responsible for financial systems, insurance, general administrative issues, apportionments, clergy benefits, legal or tax-related issues, Council on Finance and Administration, Board of Trustees, Board of Pensions, Commission on Equitable Compensation and Clergy Support team.
The office of Mission, Service and Justice Ministries is responsible for poverty initiatives, ethnic and racial concerns, Mozambique Initiative, Haiti Water Plus, Disaster Response, Global Connect (VIM), missionaries, Values team, MSJ team and Festival of Sharing.
The Office of Next Generation Ministries is responsible for children and youth discipleship ministries, camping, campus-based ministries, Next Generation Ministries team, Crossroads college-age internships, youth ministry, youth leadership team and United Methodist Men.
