This resource is available for any ministry leader working with kids and youth. NextGen Ministries hopes that providing these discounts will create a little space in ministry budgets and that leaders can use those dollars to do the project or program they’ve been dreaming about.
Currently the discount covers the four curriculum providers outlined below. There is something for every leader, every ministry setting and every church size in these ready-to-use resources.
Celebrate Wonder
This curriculum is created by United Methodist provider Cokesbury. The materials are straightforward and can meet all your Sunday-morning needs. It is also the cheapest option on the list, so that’s a plus for those churches with smaller NextGen budgets.Grow
Grow offers curriculum for ages preschool through high school. It has engaging videos, small group materials, items for parental engagement, volunteer and parent check-in software, and more. When you sign up for our discount for Grow, you'll be required to participate in Grow's new Growhorts, virtual small groups where churches from across the UMC connection come together with a Grow Curriculum specialist and learn how to better use Grow's resources.Orange XP3 Middle and High School
Orange has all the bells and whistles: videos, large group materials, small group materials, parent resources, premade emails and more. This is the same group that puts on the Orange Conference, one of the best conferences out there for learning and development on kids’ and youth ministry topics.Sparkhouse
This is the go-to publisher for many UMC kid’s ministries. With a variety of unique brands, including lectionary-based, one-room and rotation models, there’s a Sparkhouse curricula that’s sure to work in your setting. Its engaging videos and materials are scalable no matter your group’s size. Many of Sparkhouse's easy-to-use materials can also be accessed online via Sparkhouse Digital.Interested clergy, laity and NextGen leaders should fill out the curriculum discount request form to indicate which provider’s materials they’re interested in. Then, NextGen Ministries will send you the steps for redeeming your discount as well as your promo code.
Additionally, the NextGen ministry staff is here to help leaders implement this resource in their local church. No curriculum resource is perfect out-of-the-box, and NextGen Ministries encourages leaders to use its staff as a resource when it comes to adapting this curriculum for their context.
