While we might share some resources, the primary goal is for leaders to learn from other leaders. Come with your ideas! Come with your questions! Come with your successes and failures! All of them are welcome as we learn together in community.

Our goal is to connect leaders to one another, talk about topics that pertain to your ministry, share ideas and help develop ideas for each other. We know the experts on NextGen ministry are within our Conference (spoiler alert: It's YOU!).
