This is a course for all called to live out the mission of “making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world" and explores the book Lay Servants as Christian Transformational Leaders. In addition to developing an understanding of the ministry of Christian leaders, participants will also learn how to use data. The data will include People Plot and MissionInsite, which will be used to assess the congregation’s current reality and identify the local mission field.

Participants will learn how to create a vision to promote their mission of making disciples and also develop SMART goals to advance their vision.

• It's strongly recommended that participants take the Ministry of All Believers course, either in-person or online via Absorb, before attending the Christian Leadership and Visioning class.
