During the workshop, Rev. Charity Goodwin-Rosario will help us explore the integration of head, heart, and hands and key in on the role emotions play in our living, loving, and leading. The process is three-fold-- the reckoning: naming the emotions; the rumble: getting curious about how we deal with them; and the revolution: using new ways going forward.
This Lent we can go before God with our whole hearts allowing ourselves to become even more healed and whole. Attached above is the promotional flyer for the event and schedule for the event.
