Worship Planning Retreat led by Dr. Marcia McFee and Jason Moore in KC!
 
Saint Paul School of Theology is co-hosting alumnus Dr. Marcia McFee’s national annual long-range worship planning for the next liturgical year in Kansas City on August 14-17, 2022 in the Student Center at Church of the Resurrection. This event will also be live-streamed and recorded for all participants. 
 
A message from Marcia, native UM that grew up at First UMC in Adrian, Missouri:
 
"I am excited to be 'back home' for this event! This year is special - I am combining my techniques for helping churches plan-together and plan-ahead with a focus on improving hybrid strategies alongside my co-presenter, Jason Moore, who just published the best-seller, Both/And: Maximizing Hybrid Worship Experiences… We’ll be helping churches get more energy and excitement for the work of the next year by helping them embrace the “re-shaping” we must all do to offer hope in a fractured world and meet people wherever they are within our varied contexts (no matter the size of church, size of budget, access to technology, or style of worship). We have had a great time exploring this together in our planning and I know this event will be such a gift to many.”
