Class Summary
What is a disciple and why is discipleship important to your church life? How does your church make disciples? This class will challenge your thinking about growing disciples and your personal discipleship path. Practical exercises and select videos will expose students to the Wesleyan methods of discipleship. Topics include means of grace, faith sharing, accountability, class meetings and Jesus’ teachings on discipleship. Mitch Ross, Southwest District lay education coordinator, will facilitate the class.
This course is an advanced class in the lay education program and is open to everyone. Class fee is $10 to help cover lunch and any in-class materials.
