Right Start seeks to:

• Help pastors make a successful exchange of the baton in the “change-over zone.”
• Ensure pastors receive information they need on practical matters including pension, health insurance and conference moving policy.
• Convey the importance of clergy ethics in the transition process.
• Prepare pastors to take the baton in a new appointment.
