Country Club United Methodist Church is partnering with local psychologists and therapists for a FREE community event to equip families with tools and resources for navigating the stresses and trauma of the pandemic. Our keynote speaker is trauma expert Dr. Rebeca Chow, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Registered Play Therapist Supervisor. She currently serves as the Clinical Counseling & Support Director at the United Methodist Church of the Resurrection in Leawood, Kansas.

Breakout sessions will include:
  • Play therapy session led by Dr. Chow
  • Mindful Meditation by Mindful Child Wellness
  • Music Therapy by Kim Robertson, MBA, MT-BC, Music Therapy Manager at Children's Mercy
  • Spiritual Direction for Older Adults led by Ginger Rotthass, MDiv
