Please join us on Sunday, January 31 at 2:00PM for a Virtual Simplified Structure Training with Kay Kotan for churches currently using this model for leadership.  Kay is a nationally known speaker and leader who has helped many churches to reshape their committee set-up and church structure to streamline administration and make more space for ministry.  

The Simplified Structure training will be a deep dive into this model of leadership to help prioritize mission as well as technical shifts to help churches implement the ministries they want to do!  This is a great opportunity for each church operating with this simplified leadership structure needs to have a yearly review of this process. Many laity and pastors were trained on this years ago and many aspects of the model have been adapted to what works best.  In January, your church will also have new leaders that have never been trained; invite them to join.  

The training is on Sunday, January 31st 2:00 – 4:00 PM with a Question & Answer session following till 4:30 PM.  This free virtual training is required for each pastor and at least one member of the leadership team, but the whole team is encouraged to attend. If you are not able to make this training, please reach out to your District Superintendent.
