Schedule:

• This year's charge conferences will be all virtual. We are limiting each timeslot to no more than 6 churches each. You will Sign Up using your Church/Charge Name. In the Comments sections, you can identify how many people from your church/charge you expect to be present.

• If you require an individual Charge Conference due to a special circumstance or if you conduct a Church Conference, please contact Becky Hoener to schedule.

• The deadline to Sign Up for a Charge Conference date will be Thursday, October 15.

• All leadership must have a copy of the charge conference documents at their disposal during the time of the charge conference and a recording sheet that a predesignated person will fill in.
