Mark Statler will lead participants through reflections about the stories of their call to ministry, the joys and the hardships of our journeys in ministry, and discerning where God is leading them now.
 
Christina McLewin will guide participants through the EQ-i leadership assessment. How do interpersonal traits affect those around you and your ability to lead?
 
The enneagram provides a great way for us to understand our self and how we relate to others. Molly Moore will guide participants through understanding the assessment in general, their own personality type and strategies for relating to others.
