Promises inspiring worship; great keynote speakers, including United Methodist Bill McGibbon, founder of 350.org; and workshops to help you in your work on climate justice and developing greener churches. Originally scheduled at the Methodist Theological School in Ohio, moved to the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area, so participants can easily participate in the 2nd People’s Climate March on the U.S. Capitol Mall the next day, April 29, just across the Potomac River. Make march signs and logistical plans for People’s Climate March.
If you feel God calling you to stand for his “good” creation by travelling to Washington, D.C., to participate in this event, but feel overwhelmed with his call, contact fellow Missouri United Methodist Cheryl Marcum, at email@example.com, or (417) 276-2501; she plans to attend.
