The Director of Discipleship and Service is a full-time leadership position, reporting directly to the Lead Pastor. This person is responsible for establishing a strategic plan for discipleship that will support and amplify our congregation’s mission and vision. Recruiting, equipping, and empowering volunteers is a key function of all ministries at Webster Hills. This position works collaboratively with other staff and lay members in order to develop leadership, discern and implement strategies, and oversee ministries that will help the congregation’s spiritual formation and development.
