From Macon take Hwy 36 approx 12 miles west to Hwy 149 north. Turn north and pass the Macon RIV School, the railroad crossing, turn right at top of hill. At the bottom of the hill turn left on Rt Z. Follow it about 5 miles north to Mt. Zion West. the church will be at the top of a hill on the right side of the road. The road crosses a small branch and is very winding but the view is beautiful when you get there with green pastures and black cattle on the hills surrounding the church grounds.
