Festival of Sharing order form

Please pre-order your Festival of Sharing promotional pieces before Annual Conference. Then, pick up the requested materials anytime Friday or Saturday till noon at Annual Conference. Shelves will be labeled by district. Thank you for picking up these items! It helps save postage costs!

Every order will have 1 mission packet with the following items, along with the information resources and activities:

1 Leaders booklet

1 Poster

1 Bulletin Insert

1 Project information and challenge opportunities

1 Record of Giving form and Cash Remittance Envelope

In addition to these items I would like:

1.	Leaders Project Booklet: describes the Festival event and projects supported by the Festival

2.	Festival Poster: 8.5"x11" color poster for community advertising of your local projects.

3.	Offering Envelope: Small envelope for use in bulletins and newsletters when receiving a special offering on behalf of Festival of Sharing. Please request number of bundles. [There are25 per bundle.]

4.	Bulletin Insert: A color insert describing the Festival and how churches, groups and individuals may become involved. Please request number of bundles. [There are25 per bundle.]
