Conference Center Meeting Guidelines

We strive to offer Radical Hospitality and want you to always feel welcome when you enter our building. Click here for a meeting planner form and return via e-mail to Mike Harrison, Event Manager for the Conference Office. If a special arrangement is needed let us know how we can better assist you.  The meeting planner form should be submitted far in advance since the meeting rooms are often in high demand.  Our Event Manager will be in touch to confirm all details of your upcoming meeting/event. 

Facilities

The Conference Center has four meeting rooms that are available for use.  The wall between the two conference rooms are retractable and can be opened to accommodate a larger meeting.

  • Conference Room A comfortably fits around 30 attendees, depending on layout choice. 
  • Conference Room B is larger and will comfortably fit 50. 
  • Cabinet Room has a board room style set-up that can accommodate up to 20-25.
  • Staff Conference Room has a board room style set-up that can accommodate up to eight (8).
  • A/V equipment is available, including LCD projector, screen, flipcharts, etc.
  • Meals can be accommodated with enough lead time, using local catering companies.
