The 'invisible God' - visible through you

Carol Kreamer

Dear Friends,

As I read this scripture today, I ‘see’ the dancing and singing people of Chiphongo in Mozambique, who now have safe water; I ‘see’ the women of Hanhane shelter who not only have safe water close by, but also safe and secure residences; I ‘see’ the community around the Gondola Training Center who also have safe water and are growing huge fields of cabbage for sustenance (photos below); I ‘see’ the people of Mapinhane who also have safe water, saving them 6 hours a day walking and water collecting, and will soon have a permanent parsonage and chapel; I ‘see’ the people of Chongoene/Tinga Tinga, whose safe water allowed them to restart their poultry project to help support area orphans; I ‘see’ the boys of Carolyn Belshe Orphanage who have water supply and indoor plumbing in their new permanent residence.

I ‘see’ each one of you and others who have made the ‘invisible God’ visible and thank God for your faithfulness and your presence in the world.  May your ministries be fruitful and blessed!

Scripture -Colossians 1:15-20

15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation;
16 for in* him all things in heaven and on earth were created, things visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or powers—all things have been created through him and for him.
17 He himself is before all things, and in* him all things hold together.
18 He is the head of the body, the church; he is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, so that he might come to have first place in everything.
19 For in him all the fullness of God was pleased to dwell,
20 and through him God was pleased to reconcile to himself all things, whether on earth or in heaven, by making peace through the blood of his cross.

3.3 million people die of disease due to unsafe water every year…. That is 6 people every minute of every day of every week of the year.  Thank you for making the ‘invisible God’ visible.
