Application for Funding to Attend Meeting/Training
Are you considering attending a meeting/training in your area of ministry? If so, please take time to consider how you will share the fruits of your experience so that you will have a role in streghtening the ministries of our Missouri congregations. If you wish to use conference funds you may use this form as an application for funding.
Funds Use Evaluation & Report Form
Use this form 6 months after you return from the national or international training/meeting for which you received conference funding. This form will help us plan for the future by evaluating if your experience was one that furthered the mission of the conference which is to lead congregations to lead people to actively follow Jesus Christ.
Golden Cross Hospital Aid Application
Hospital Aid is available to pastors and their families and members of local churches in the Missouri Conference in cases of illness and hospitalization. Applicants may request a grant by completing an application and establishing need for the aid. An endorsement is required from the pastor or health and welfare representative. Payments are made directly to the hospital or doctor.
Golden Cross Nursing Scholarship Application
Nursing Scholarships are available to any member of a United Methodist Church in the Missouri Conference who is attending an accredited nursing school. The pastor plus the district superintendent or chairperson of the administrative body of the church must recommend the applicant. Scholarships are available for each of the four years. The school must furnish verification of attendance, and payments are sent directly to the school each year.
