                                  Again this year, as in the 
 past, Global Ministries is providing scholarships for racial
  ethnic lay and clergy to attend the School of Congregationa
 l Development. This message is to request your help to share
  the scholarship information across the conference for the A
 ugust 2012, School of Congregational Development.           
  Fifteen scholarships will be awarded to African American/Af
 ricana's lay and clergy persons, as well as several scholars
 hips for Korean, Hispanic, Native American, Asian Language a
 nd Pacific Islanders. This opportunity has also been extende
 d to Bishop Palmer and Mike Crawford in the Illinois Great R

 n the amount of $300 will be given to persons/teams, living 
 in the St. Louis Metropolitan area, who can attend the three

 ker.  Mark comes from a Wesleyan faith heritage.  He is a re
 gular guest presenter at the Catalyst Conference. Shante Buc
 kley is the associate pastor of one of Dallas' premier Unite
 d Methodist Churches, Lover's Lane.  She has spent the last 
 three months on sabbatical focusing on her own spiritual for
 mation and prayer life and will bring her insights as a past
 or on the front line of ministry.  She is originally from St
 . Louis! We will be blessed to have both of these persons sh
 aring their hearts with us! Our Worship Leader for next year
 's conference is Kristin Killion.  She is originally from Ok
 lahoma and has led worship much of her young adult life.  Sh
 e has a beautiful voice and a great heart for God.  We will 
 be blessed by her sincere faith expressed through music. Dav
 id Klinkenberg is one of the finest violinists in the world 
 today.  He has inspired audiences all over the country shari
 ng his gift of music.  He has played the violin since he was
  four and takes worship to a new level with his incredible g
 ift.  He will be in an open concert September 11, 2012 at 7p
