Steps to a Vital PPR Committee addresses steps to functional health within the local church of a Pastor/Parish team operating as a cohesive unit.

Effective Relationships for PPR Teams and Pastors training addresses ways to support your pastor in healthy self-care strategies and ways to encourage proactive communication strategies.  In order to support expectations about ministry, conversation will occur about the importance of goals and ways to monitor throughout the year.

Kendall Waller serves as Lead Pastor at Missouri United Methodist Church in the heart of downtown Columbia. He works with a team of clergy committed to excellence of worship and an outward focus toward ministering to both the local and global communities. He especially enjoys preaching and teaching about discipleship, stewardship and other topics.

Amy Thompson serves as the Conference Lay Leader for the Missouri Conference of the United Methodist Church.  She worships at Woods Chapel Church in Blue Springs and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the Lee's Summit area working with children and teens.
