Who Moved My Pulpit? Leading Change in the Church
Leading change in local churches is hard.  Bestselling author, Thom Rainer spells out a path for effectively leading change in today’s culture.  The purpose of the class is to use the Rainer experiences and methods to help hone leadership skills to better lead change in your church.  Major changes are needed in most churches to best accomplish the mission.  Many members have become highly change resistant.   Rainer reminds us that the Gospel is at stake.  Eternal lives are at stake.  He casts his book as a catalyst in learning to lead for difference making change in your church.  The goal of the class is to capture that “catalyst” and take it home with you to your home church.
