Testimony: I took the StrengthsFinder assessment a few weeks ago and am very impressed! The results were affirming as they tied in with the pastoral identity I first claimed while in seminary. The Missouri Cabinet is using StrengthsFinder to capitalize on our work together. I am excited about the possibilities for the Cabinet and how this tool can be useful within our local churches – with staff and with leaders. So often we focus on our weaknesses – our “growing edges” – and what we can do to improve. But StrengthsFinder invites us to focus on our strengths – the areas where we already are strong. With that focus we can have greater impact in our work, individually, and as part of a team. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to name and claim your strengths. I know you will be affirmed and blessed!
