This half-day workshop will focus on Sr. Pastors and Site/Campus pastors who are discerning a call to, or in the process of, launching a second site from their first campus.
MULTI-SITE is a nation-wide training event….and morale booster! Learn how you, the Sr. Pastor, (along with your site/campus pastor) can take the proper steps to ensure a wonderful launch celebrated by both veterans and newcomers. See the joy on the faces of those coming to the new campus, who would have never darkened the doors of the main campus and experience the satisfaction of expanding the footprint of your church beyond its current site.
If you’re attempting this Kingdom event, you won’t want to miss this workshop! Why? Because most churches attempting to do this launch impulsively and prematurely, creating confusion within the main campus and demoralizing the second site members. The excitement of the new site wears off quickly, and if certain areas are not addressed, it stalls and begins a downward spiral.
This workshop will frame the questions you need to ask and answer before taking those first steps. It will then give you the sequence code for launching a new site with success and celebration.
POINT PERSON or CAMPUS PASTOR ALREADY ON BOARD? Bring them along. Together, you can work on the “action steps” and make plans for the launch.

Facilitator: Jim Griffith
A veteran church planter and coach, Jim Griffith, (www.griffithcoaching.com) has trained and coached multi-site projects for twenty years. He knows what it takes to walk Sr. Pastors through the discernment stage all the way to the launch of the new site.

Session Schedule:---12:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

2. Download the manual (hard copies are available at the workshop for $50).

If you cannot attend a Griffith Coaching course for which you are registered, you must cancel no later than three (3) weeks prior to the course date to receive a full refund. If you cancel less than three (3) weeks before the course start date, you will not receive a refund.
If you register for a Griffith Coaching course and need to transfer to a different course date, you can do so by contacting Griffith Coaching at least three (3) weeks prior to the course date you originally registered for. Griffith Coaching will not accept any transfer requests less than three (3) weeks before the course start date. 4
Griffith Coaching courses are dynamic events that combine classroom instruction with group activities. Therefore, each session has set a minimum number of participants to ensure a successful learning experience. Griffith Coaching reserves the right to cancel any session that does not reach the minimum number of participants four (4) weeks prior to the scheduled start date of the session and will notify all registered participants of the cancellation at that time. We encourage participants to plan their travel accordingly as Griffith Coaching is not responsible for reimbursement of travel expenses in the event a session is cancelled.
