The VIM Team Leader is entrusted with the well being of the team from it's inception until the completion of the team's experience. Training and coordinating assistance by Creative Ministries' VIM staff enables Team Leaders to actualize an effective and successful team experience. Some Leader responsibilities are:
*Attend Team Leader Training
*Recruit team members
*Plan and execute a team budget
*Handle exchange of all paperwork and information
*Other responsibilities as outlined
