STEP Spiritual Gifts Survey

This survey is part of a larger toolkit designed by Good Shepherd UMC, Kansas City, MO. For more information about STEP, contact the church at questions@goodshepherdkc.com or 816-734-2216.
  • Tally Sheet and Instructions (pdf): On this page, record your answers to the Survey Questions using the 1-5 scale provided. Add your rankings across each row, which correlates to a spiritual gift in the Spiritual Gifts Key. Write in each spiritual gift, then use the space below the chart to identify your most prominent gifts.

Intentional Faith Development Plans

Once visitors, new members, and congregants know where they are, they need somewhere to go. The churches included below have shared their "discipleship pathways" or strategic processes to creating programs that lead disciples to deeper spiritual lives through education, growth, and service.
